A blend from our 2021 harvest. The main varieties are Dabinett and Vilberie with the astringency in the latter marrying well with the more balanced Dabinett. Bottled just before the fermentation had finished has produced a robust sparkling cider.

500ml bottle from Cork & Crown. Slightly hazed golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, spicy, funky, mucky. Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy & fruity, some tartness, with orchardy funk, barnyard, leather, and earthy drying tannins. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
