Blend of two separate pressings from 2nd and 23rd October 2021. Apples were sourced from more than forty different locations. This selection included a mixture of Scottish and English cooking and eating varieties, a small amount of Kingston Black, Stoke Red, Michelin and Katy cider apples, as well as wild seedling and crab apples from roadside and hedgerow trees. Bottled 4th June 2022. Full Juice, Wild yeast fermentation, contains sucralose and dextrose sugar, trace sulphites.

3/2/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours spritzy clear bright gold with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of sweet fleshy apple, straw, slight funky notes. Quite sweet, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, oily, quite fizzy. Slightly dry with a nice bittersweet finish. Good.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear mid gold coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is earthy apple, gooseberry, lemon rind, earthy, dirt. Flavour is composed of salty, savoury, gooseberry, white sugars.pithy. Palate is sour, tangy, highish carbonation. fizzy carbpmaton.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Hazy yellow gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, some funk, straw, hay, with citric acidity and alittle woody tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
