This is the same cider as the Brown Snout sparkling, but it was intended to be still, rather than our usual bottle conditioned affair. Nature conspired against me however, as malolactic in-bottle fermentation gave this bottle a very gentle sparkle. Enough to not be distinct from the bottle conditioned variant, and too much to be described as still! However, the outcome is perfect to keep the cider tasting fresh and alive.
