25/1/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with minimally bubbly head. aroma is woody, floral, vanilla, caramel, slight perfumed edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, tartness and body. Oily with low carbonation. Nice dryness to finish with some vanilla sweetness. Very nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Danlo - Cheers Ed, 01/01/23. Clear mid golden with a fast escaping white head. Nose is dusty apples, orchard wood, light funk, oak effect. Taste comprises apple skins, straw, light pear esters, hedgerow, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent well balanced apple juice.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is sweetish, oak barrel notes, juicy apple, fruity, woody, with some bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
