Balancing this against floral, citrusy and spicy hops, we’ve conducted our own grand Mitteleuropean tour of Czech, German and Slovenian hops with additions of Sladek, Hersbrucker and Bobek.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden to copper. Creamy, white head. Nose - sweet bready notes and lemon. Taste - more bread, almost cakey, some toffee, and still some citrus to clean at the end. Palate - creamy and chewy in texture, medium bodied, light roasty and zesty finish at the same time. Overall - good beer.

330ml can from Cork & Cask. Gluten Free. Deep amber colour, white foam head leaving aittle lacing and aroma of malt, grain, bready. Taste is sweet, malt, bready, grains, hay, straw, with grassy bitterness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, tangy grassy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
