Created using the finest Pilsner malt with a hint of Vienna malt and generous additions of Tettnang and Saaz hops. It is fermented cool and slow and then lagered for a full 8 weeks prior to release to allow the full flavour and character to shine bright. Clean, crisp and refreshing.

500ml bottle. Gluten Free. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of sweet grain, bread, citrus, grassy. Taste is sweetish, malt, grainy, bready, with some citric notes, straw, hay and grassy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying grassy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle online from The Cheddar Brewery. Pours a hazy light golden/amber colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, white bread and a touch of citrus lemon. Taste has more grains, hay, doughy bread, some peppery spice and a touch more lemon. Also a light grassy hop on the finish. Medium to full body, average carbonation and fairly smooth mouthfeel. A touch more hoppy than the Helles Lagers i am used to drinking from Germany but still nice and fresh. Decent.
