2/1/2023. Bottle shared by minutemat cheers. Pours clear golden with a copper tint and minimal head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, caramel, straw, flowers, bready edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch tart. Medium body, oily, very soft carbonation. Sweet tangy finish. Very nice.

750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, caramel. Taste is sweetish, juicy apple, fruity, floral, apple skin, slight caramel note and some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours clear gold, nice spritz. Lovely crisp brut cider with subtle caramel shades, nice delicate fruitiness with emerging pippy apple skin moments.
