A slow matured premium dry cider pressed from vintage quality West Country cider apples. Crisp green apple and a hint of tartness reminiscent of dry white wine. This is a live cider that will continue to improve with age but is ready to be drunk now.

2/1/2023. Bottle shared by minutemat cheers. Cornwall rating #200 take 2. Pours clear bright golden amber with minimal head. Aroma of rich apple, light wood, caramel, dried fruits, boozy edge. Moderate sweetness, increasing bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily and watery, low carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Pretty good.

750ml bottle. Clear amber golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of apple, caramel, apple pie hints. Taste is apple, fruity, fleshy, some core, skin, caramel notes and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle from the producer. Clear gold appearance. Good still vintage, mild fruitiness with a glowing tight tannic close. Decent.
