Our last beer in the Hop Unlock yeast experiments, a Thiol yeast unlocking extra flavour potential from our hops. Following on from Chinook in the mash, for some extra Thiol power, we have dry hopped with Strata, Mosaic and a touch of Simcoe and HBC630. The resulting beer is full of juicy and delicious tropical fruits.
