75cl bottle from Cat in the Glass, shared with Soph watching Ghostbusters on Boxing Day. Clear gold appearance. Fruity nose. Crisp dabinett definition, with a woody shades, gentle bitterness, apple skin, tight tannins with light sulphur creeping in. Really nice.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orange gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruity, orange juicy notes, some mucky funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, orangey hint, and earthy, orchardy, funky, leather, woody, with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
