Coulton Mill Mulled Cyder - a new addition to the cider range. This is a blend of 75% dry cider with 25% fresh pressed apple juice in a 1 litre bottle. Each bottle comes with its own sachet of spices for mulling: cloves, bay, cardamon, All Spice, cinnamon stick, cassia bark. All thats needed is half an orange and honey or dark brown sugar to taste. For a little extra character add a tablespoon of brandy, dark rum or sloe gin. All inspired by a local recipe published in 1618.

1000ml bottle from Coulton Mill. Hazy gold colour, no head and aroma of apple strudel, spices, cinnamon. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, spice, cinnamon, some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium spiced finish. Nicely drinkable
