Sample courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of acetic funk, sour apple. Taste is tart, zingy, apple, fleshy, acetic funk, lemony citric rind, and with some acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky sour finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home picked up from the cider museum, . A mostly clear yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is dry flaky apple, mellow dusty funk, light citric acid, mineral hint of cheese. Flavour is composed of crisp dry yellow apple, floral notes, lemon twist, light light spicy funk, mealy apple, quince. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, spicy ,fine carbonation.
