Bottle sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, fleshy and farmhouse funky. Taste is sweetish, apple, juicy, orchardy, barnyard, leathery funk, with earhy drying tannins. Medium bodied, ligth carbonatio, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
