Bag-In-Box. Deep golden colour with no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some wood, mild tartish tones as well as some herbs. Flavour is mainly sweet apples, some tartish green apple skins as well as some wood and mild minerals to it. Nicely dry wooden finish.

At Heck's Cider Farm 26/7/2023. Deep gold in colour. Plenty of tart apple character throughout with some oak and skin, before a dry finish. Good.

28/9/2022. From BIAB at The Town Mouse, Newcastle. Pours clear dark golden with minimal head. Aroma is apple and light caramel. Medium body, low carbonation. Quite a dry tannic finish. Solid.

BIAB at Town Mouse, Newcastle. Clear orangey gold colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is tangy, apple, caramel, toffee, with juicy drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival, Oxon, 07-05-09 Pours light gold touch of haze. This had a lazy appley feel about it, in that the zingy apple and woody tastes that were always present only really started to come through after a while. There is a touch of wood on the nose the cider is quite dry though not as dry as I expected, good stuff. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4
