75cl bottle pour @ Cider House, Borough Market. Misty gold. Lovely scuzzy tannic fruitiness, beautiful natural carbonation.. excellent.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A mosylu clear brushed gold yellow coloured pour with a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is nice sweet, floral apple, juicy, floury wheat, super juicy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fresh apple, juicy, floral notes, crisp, pithy finish. Palate is semi sweet, pithy, mineral, highish carbonation. Nice stuff.

5/10/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden a small bubbly white head. Aroma of apple, flowers, sugars, light funky notes. Medium sweetness and light drying tartness. Medium body, oily, foamy carbonation. Dry tart and sweet finish. Comes together very well.

Panda at home, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 03/10/22. Clear golden with a fast collapsing white head that settles to a few bubbles at the edge. Nose is caramelised apples, light funk, sugars, apple skins, dusty orchard fruits. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, just a hint of acidity, tannins, farmyard tones, light funk, sugar dusting. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, modest drying close. Solid well balanced and flavoursome apple jus.

750ml wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a pop. Hazy orange gold colour, big foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of tangy, apple, juicy, fruity, some caramel and funk. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, juicy, orchardy, funk, leather, woody, with a caramel hint and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Very drinkable.
