Oliver's brings the boldness of Herefordshire cider apples, that lovely acid balance & those tannic complexities, a Pilton that unique Keeved texture, & sumptuous very slight residual sweetness. Pollination showcases just how naturally cider can be enjoyed in a wine-like way, poured by the glass, with finesse & nuance, but at a far better price tag than the average bottle of decent wine.

Drink-in at Caps and Taps, Tufnell Park. Slightly cloudy orange -gold body, no head, scattered lacing. Modest smell of farmyard and apple skins. Flavoured with mid-sweet apples, raspberries, and lightly spiced. Mid-sweet finish. Fair enough. (London, 05.12.2023).

Sample thanks to danlo. Clear golden orange appearance. Nicely sweet keeved fruit aroma, continuing to taste with additional dessert notes, soft tannin, nice full fleshy sweet character. Excellent as always.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A clear deep orange amber coloured pour with some small bubbles that disipate. Aroma is semi sweet juicy apple, light bark, some brown sugars, condensed fruit, syrup. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy breight apple, hint of plum, brown sugars, raisin, light tannin, bark. Palate is semi sweet, tart edge, almost still, . Really nice authentic cider, good depth.
