750ml bottle from Aeble. Opened with a pop. Orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, orchard, some funk. Taste is sweetish, tart, apple, fleshy, woody, alittle acetic funk, some acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Ncelyh drinkable.
