750ml wired work bottle from Gurneys. Opened with a loud pop. Clear golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, caramel hint. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, some skin and core, slight caramel note and bready, yeasty, with white wine-like acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
