330ml bottle from The Oak Barrel, Sydney. Clear yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of pear, acetic hint. Taste is sweetish, pear, fruity, fleshy, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

(Bottle) Pours straw with no head. Apple aroma. Light body with fine bright carbonation. Nice and tart. Apple with pear hint. Very nice

At the cidery. Very pale, soft, fruity, sugary, really nice. Drinkable, french-style cr�pe perry.
