This cider is made from apples picked from roadside trees in Noojee. Many of the apples picked were unknown varieties, but one was definitely a Granny Smith.
We fermented the juice to dry and back sweetened for bottle conditioning* in June 2021.
The result is a slightly sweet but tangy, very tangy, scrumpy cider.

330ml bottle from Cider Infusion, cheers Marianne. Batch 100. Pours a golden colour with a white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, tangy, with some tartness and citric acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry citric finish. Quite drinkable.
