Draught at Bådin Bar, Bryggerifestivalen 2023, third day. Unclear grey-golden body, some bubbles on the surface, scattered lacing. Moderate, mid-dry smell of berry skins and soft fruits. Berry-fruity flavours, and, in fact, some pastry rice cream to it. Tart, mid-dry, ending. Just an okay cleanser. (Collab done in London in connection with Bodø/Glimt's match against Arsenal). (Trondheim, 05.08.2023). --- Beer merged from original tick of Forbidden Pastry - Arctic Fruits Rice Pudding Sour on 30 Dec 2022 at 07:18 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 5. Original review text: 200ml as Forbidden Pastry: Arctic Fruit Rice Pudding, 7 % abv, collabotion with Bådin. Draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Clingy lacing from a filmy layer, cloudy dark orange coloured body. Berry-fruity nose, mid-dry. Creamy flavoured with rice, berries and orange, mid-tart. Pasty tartness to the ending. Fair enough. (Tromsø 29.12.2022).

Gul Orange rød… med hvitt skum. Lukter risgrøt med kanel og noe jordbærsyltetøy. Lett. Noe sur. Smaker sure frukter, noe kanel og sitron. Middels lang.

Keg at Head of Steam, Sheffield Ratebeer mini-gathering 04Mar2023. Hazy gold colour, white foam head and aroma of rice pudding, caramel, vanilla, sour, fruity, citric rind. Taste is rice pudding, caramel, vanilla, malt, sour, lemon rind, fruity, with some tartness. Slick mouthfeel, smooth medium bodied, soft carbonation, lingering sour finish. Nicely drinkable

In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light tropical fruits and vanilla cream, light coconut, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Bermondsey location.
