This golden ale was brewed, aged and dry hopped with El Dorado and Azacca hops. A triple hopped brett ale with a refreshing funky tartness and a bitter hoppy finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of green apple and lemon. Flavour of bitter lemon and funky yeast. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Too full-on sour for me. I couldn’t finish the bottle.

Keg at Fierce. It pours clear yellow golden with a small white head. The aroma is bright white grape character upfront, gooseberry crumble, funk dungeon, brett, juicy fruit chewing gum, bubblegum, Irn Bru, wet hay, musty, damp grass, jelly beans and gummy bears. The taste is dryish upfront, bitter funk, plenty of brett, citrus peel, pithy citrus, tannin, gooseberry, white grape, white wine spritzer, soda water and lime and hay with a shirt, funky finish. Medium body and fine, prickly. Loving the aroma, but surprised by that short finish. Decent anyhow.
