Die Hirsch Dunk­le Weis­se be­sticht mit einem in­ten­siv leuch­ten­den Kas­ta­ni­en­braun, ge­krönt von einem schö­nen fes­ten Schaum. Sie duf­tet nach Malz, Honig und ein wenig nach fri­schem Kaf­fee. Der erste Schluck ist an­ge­nehm cre­mig und von guter Re­zenz, der Kör­per weich und rund. As­so­zia­tio­nen an Erd­beer­voll­milch­scho­ko­la­de, Ka­ra­mell, La­krit­ze und Ge­würz­nel­ken, ein­ge­bet­tet in die feine Säure von Mango und ganz de­zen­te Hop­fen­bit­te­re, wer­den ge­weckt.

Pretty cloudy brownish beer, a big creamy beige head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: quite some banana, cloves, malty, some caramel, sweet impression, very yeasty, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish, wheat, some banana, caramel, malty, cloves, bubble gum. Aftertaste: more malty, soft bitterness, caramel, yeasty finish, refreshing nice beer!

Fles 50cl bij Cafe Münsterhof in Konstanz. Banaan, redelijk zoet, caramel, wat rood fruit, licht nutty, licht droog, lichte bittertonen. (12-9-2024).

500 ml bottle. Cloudy chocolate brown with a bubbly foamy head. Fried ripe banana, clove, roasted malt and wheat, toffee, dark Bauernbrot, estery notes, lemon zest. Roasty malty fruity sweetness, dry zesty bitterness. Full bodied, oily creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty malty fruity bittersweet finish. A great Dunkles Weizen, too bad I did not have a Weißwurst and Brezn with it..

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Dark brown color. Banana, citrus and toffee in the aroma. Caramelly sweetish wheaty flavor with banana, yeasty and citrus notes. Not world shocking, but tasty enough.

Bottle: Cloudy, amber coloured, small creamy off-white head; sweet fruity-wheaty nose, very faint traces of caramel barely detectable; sweetish flavour - only with a slight acidity, pretty light bodied, fortunately quite soft; short sweetish-wheat finish. O.K.…

Pours a slightly hazy dark brown with a good, pale cream head. Aromas of vanilla and bananas. Flavour is vanilla, banana and toffee.

Bottle, thanks to Quack-Duck. Hazy dark brown color with huge long lasting beige head. Chocolate, banana, orange in aroma. Taste, little bit sour, banana, pears, caramel, milk chocolate, cloves with fruity finish. Good.
