Fles 50cl bij Cafe Münsterhof in Konstanz. Banaan, redelijk zoet, caramel, wat rood fruit, licht nutty, licht droog, lichte bittertonen. (12-9-2024).

500 ml bottle. Cloudy chocolate brown with a bubbly foamy head. Fried ripe banana, clove, roasted malt and wheat, toffee, dark Bauernbrot, estery notes, lemon zest. Roasty malty fruity sweetness, dry zesty bitterness. Full bodied, oily creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty malty fruity bittersweet finish. A great Dunkles Weizen, too bad I did not have a Weißwurst and Brezn with it..

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Dark brown color. Banana, citrus and toffee in the aroma. Caramelly sweetish wheaty flavor with banana, yeasty and citrus notes. Not world shocking, but tasty enough.

Pours a slightly hazy dark brown with a good, pale cream head. Aromas of vanilla and bananas. Flavour is vanilla, banana and toffee.

Bottle, thanks to Quack-Duck. Hazy dark brown color with huge long lasting beige head. Chocolate, banana, orange in aroma. Taste, little bit sour, banana, pears, caramel, milk chocolate, cloves with fruity finish. Good.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Dark murku nutbrown colour, small head. Aroma is surprisingly yeasty, bananaish and herbal like a Finnish sahti. The flavour is, however, a bit more burnt and toasted along with some slight alcoholic (?) sweetness. Yet rather balanced even though it left me a bit confused after tasting it.
