Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is roasted malt with liquorice, whiskey, oak, touch of dark chocolate, some alcohol. Medium sweet with a light bitterness. Plenty of whiskey in the finish. Body could be fuller. Good.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een diep donkerbruin tot zwart bier met een dun bruinig schuim. Het heeft een aroma van vanille en whisky. De smaak is vol, gebrande mout, chocolade en whisky.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 02.12.2023) im 2022-04 getrunken. Diese recht klassische Stout hat eine sehr gute balance an feiner Süße und Röstaromen. Das der leichte Charakter des Tomintoul Whisky hat keine direkten Einflüssen auf die Aromen. Allerdings hat diese Stout ein cremiges Mundgefühl. Lecker!
