Color negro con espuma tostada de duración media. Aroma a maltas tostadas con leves notas a cacao. Sabor ligeramente dulce, torrefacto, maltas asadas, leve regaluz. Final tostado con leve amargor. Densa en el paladar.

Sampled at Billies 2018. Dark brown to black color, small light brown colored head. Smell and taste malts, brown malts strongly, brown malt bitter with a distant sweet touch. Typical for the style imo. Ok, decent. 6-3-6-3-12.

Draft at Billie’s Beer Festival ‘18.  Black with a small beige head.  Aroma of roast, cocoa powder, chocolate and caramel.  Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter.  Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Billie’s Beer Festival 2018. Day 1. Black. Nose is umami, soy sauce, basic coffee. Tasty coffee, chocolate mocha, touch too much soy sauce but good thick coffee & dash of soy sauce.
