25/9/2022. Can shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours hazy dark orange copper with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, raspberry, cherry, slightly woody, minimally banana. Quite sweet with light bitterness and moderate tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Slightly salty, and tangy sour finish. Quite enjoyed this.

440ml can @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours a misty peachy pink, no head. Aroma of tangy cherry laces, no banana. Pastore's savagely tangy, acidic sour trademark greets you to taste, eventually allowing you to search out tart cherries with a very mild banana close. No detectable vanilla or strawberry presence. Fine overall, but that tanginess really needs to be toned down, and I guess I expected the dominant flavour to be banana rather than cherries.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 27/06/22. Peach bellini pinkish hues with a light crimson cap. Nose is tarte berry fruits, light nana, spice, herb, damp straw, berry pips. Taste comprises sharp fruit smoothie, good acidic rise, cherry the dominant fruit, tangy berries, light vanilla. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a bracing acidic pucker. Fun sour.

Can: Poured a murky pink orange with a white head. Aroma is fruity, banana, strawberry, lactose, vanilla, cherry pits. Taste is tart tangy, banana, strawberry, cherry, acidic, vanilla cuts it a bit, but still lingers palate puckering.

Peachy hazy beer with a thin white head. Smells tart and sherbety. Flavour is very sharp with fruit and sugar, a bit of the banana, some lactose. Doesn't taste anything near 9%. Tasty, dangerous.

Tap at the two trees watford. A milky peachy coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sour lacto, pineapple, prickly, light vinegar, lactose, rhubarb and custard. Flavour is composed of semi sweet and sour, prickly funk, banana chew, rhubarb, sour underripe pineapple. Lactose sweetness. Very odd and unique. Palate is semi sweet, prickly sour, abrasive.. Lingering banana chews.
