Clear amber color, good creamy white head. Licorice, resin, hops in the nose ... suprise, not like in a standard IPA. Flavor is bitter: resin, nuts, alcohol, malts. This is more like a strong ale than an IPA. And despite of American hops feels more like a strong ESB from England than IPA from Stateside.

About 100ml poured from a bottle. Pale amber body, slowly diminishing off-white head. Decent aroma of late fruits. Sweet malts and bittersweet citrus fruits in flavour. Medium bodied. Nice, but not more than average for the style (Copenhagen Beer Festival, 06.05.2010).

Had this at The European Beer Festival, Kobenhaven, 12-09-08. Punchy citrussy beer, real good and quit zappy. This drinks far too easily for the abv. Some orange and tangerine flavour’s. Strangely the aroma was nothing like I expected and if anything was a little cheesy?
