Bottle at Winterbierfestival, Gouda: So as to see back again after a few years. Cloudy amber coloured brew with an sweetbitter taste and hints of spices.

Bottle @ LCRBM. dark brown color. Cinnamon and cardemom in the aroma. Malty, quite spicy flavor with cinnamon, cardemom and anis. Too spicy for my likings.

Bottle 33cl. @ LCRBM 2008, ’s-Hertogenbosch, NetherlandsLight unclear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy spicy, cinnamon, ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081025]

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange to brown with no head. Solid cinnamon and malty aroma. Ginger too. Flavour holds a mild dryness to the same note. Ends dry and lingering spiced.

Bottle, 6.5% at LCRBM08. Spicy aroma, cinnamon and something citric. Hazy brown colour. No head. Quite nice.

Bottle @ LCRBM 08: Poured a reddish brown with off white head. The aroma is cinnamon and spice. Taste is similiar with cinnamon and spice.
