Hefiger, weich würziger Beginn. Milde Herbe, würzig, milde Herbe, sehr rund. Langer Abgang, kräutrig, gelungen. 10/10/11/11//11

Tap at The Walls Inn. Feels pretty classic. Thin, quite dry, high attenuation, rather high carbonation. Light bitterness, low sweetness. Mostly phenolic and a bit estery yeast character, really classic, nice, even if not my favourite style.

Sample thanks to Grumbo, shared with Blackhaddock in his beer cave. Pours clear amber, white foamy head. Decent spicy floral sweet aroma. Admirably spicy tripel character with a pronounced yeasty sweetness. Not bad at all. Very satisfying.

Shared Panda with minutemat at my place on 10th April 2024. Cheers Graham (Grumbo). Almost clear amber body, wispy head. Surprised this was so good to be honest, sweet, boozy with that Belgian yeasty feel, an interesting non-Belgian Tripel.

On tap at the Walls Inn. Cloudy orange with white head. Some caramel, bit spicy, seet fruity notes. Alcohol well hidden. Medium+ bodied.

23/3/2024. Can shared at 4TT. Bought direct from the brewery. Pours clear bright golden amber with a frothy white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruity, yeasty, peppery. Medium sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Medium body, oily, quite lively. Enjoyable.
