This beer is the first of a new series of small beers, brewed to be refreshing and low in strength, yet full bodied and boldly flavoured. Mosaic takes the lead in dry hop, with oats, wheat, dextrin and maltodextrin included in the grist to improve mouthfeel. 2.9% ABV

Can 440ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Cloudwater Small Mosaic Pale [Autumn Winter 2017] ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, zesty. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, citrus, grapefruit, zesty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171209] 8-3-8-3-16

Draft @ Taplokaal Gist. Hazy golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma of lots of tropical fruit, slight grainy. Bit bitter in taste, bit thin. Great session beer

Can @Mad For Beer (Rome). Giallo pesca, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note di pesca, frutta tropicale (mango), mandarino. In bocca ha una base di malto leggera con amaro bilanciato, con un discreto corpo a dispetto della bassa gradazione alcolica. Davvero niente male, da bere a secchiate!

T42 Christmas Bottleshare. Thanks to Wingman. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts. Light spicy grapefruit, mild lemon. Light spicy finish. Good hop levels here.

Bottle shared on Level 42, Christmas tasting 18/12/2017. Many thanks! A bright golden yellow coloured pour with a fine whitye head. Aroma is earthy wheat, plastic, rubber, mango, earthy orange rind. Palate si semi sweet, moderate carboantion. Flavour is composed is orange wheat, spicy citrus. Light woody. Not bad.

From tap. Hazy orange. Small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight citrusy. Crisp hoppy. Bitter. Smooth fruity. Juicy. Mellow and lingering fruity. Dry, bitter and crisp hoppy finish.

Can split at L42, thanks to the Wingman, 18/12/17. Hazed golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is citric peel, pale malts, straw, grass, pine tingle. Taste comprises melon, tangerine, straw, toasted malts, grains, light pine. Light to medium body, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with grassy hop bitterness. Solid hop jizz for the ABV offered.
