This beer is the first of a new series of small beers, brewed to be refreshing and low in strength, yet full bodied and boldly flavoured. Mosaic takes the lead in dry hop, with oats, wheat, dextrin and maltodextrin included in the grist to improve mouthfeel. 2.9% ABV

From recently unearthed notes, drank December 2017. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Aromas of peach, passionfruit, mango, nectarine. Flavours of sweet citrus, peach, passionfruit, grapefruit, mango. Fruit laden aftertaste.

Draft at Billie’s Beer Festival ‘18. Fairly hazy golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of citrus and light green herbal hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.Earlier Rating: 2/11/2018 Total Score: 3.88 3 8 3 16 Draft at Uiltje Bar, Haarlem. Very hazy golden blond with a white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruits, lychee and pomelo. Flavour is light sweet and above moderate bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at Billies 2018. Cloudy pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts lightly fruity but mainly bitter. A bit thinnish texture. Mwah. 7-2-6-2-14.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Billie’s Beer Festival 2018. Day 1. Hazy citrus. Nose is lovely cheese, hay, haze. Taste is bit odd in heavy cheese, hay, white bread, low chalky, surprisingly thick for ABV but bit below regular haze thick. Great cheese hop, overall very good still.

Pretty cloudy pale blond beer, small to no head. Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, citrus, grapefruit, piny, lovely stuff. MF: ok carbon, light body. Taste: citrus, bitter, grapefruit, bit resinous, lovely. Aftertaste: bit fruity, not very bitter, bug good, some grapefruit.
