US Pint can from Trader Joe's, drank on 23rd August 2025 after walking around a park and zoo with my four year old grand daughter, I'm knackered! Poured into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass it looked good. Deep golden/amber body, clean and clear, beige crust on top. Bready malt aroma and initial taste, semi sweet throughout. Earthy hop bite and a drying bitter finish alongside the maltiness.

Aromas are malt with barest hint of toast. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, slightly more sweet than bitter and sharpish carbonation. Okay body and finish. Likewise okay beer.

Draught @ Bottlecraft Little Italy, San Diego. Malty, earthy and grainy with some grassy hops and hay. Balanced and crushable.

Tasty traditional märzen, full of caramel, toasted bread, and an underlying nuttiness. Hints of red apple, honey, grass, and yeast, with a gentle floral bitterness rounding things out. Subtle, as a quality lager should be. Nice pint.

Can. Rich amber beer with a nice dark cream head. Caramel and light mineral aroma. Caramel and light hay flavor. Medium bodied. Caramel and light hay lingers with light mineral notes.

Pour is a dark brown with some red highlights and a large white head. Aroma is uber toasty bread with some baked biscuit. Flavor is again a real decent toasted grain with plenty of dry breadyness. No sweet malt to be found here. This was flavorful and pretty rich for a lager. The can is also pretty cool looking.
