Brought to the rating table by faroeviking, thanks. Hazy amber. No head. Sweet dried fruits and nutty malts to the nose. Cherry-like taste with a touch of almond and sweet malts. Short ending of bitter fruits. Alright, but not that well balanced (CBF, 16.05.2009).

(On tap) Very cloudy orangey brown - almost muddy - with an off-white head. Aroma of overripe fruit and caramel. Medium body, tart and fruity, somewhat woody with an extreme metallic tang. Lightly tart finish. Shame that the brewer put it on if he didn’t find the beer ready yet! Hope I’ll get to re-rate a better sample this coming Christmas. 130908
