"Köbi Dominator", Fläschchen (MHD: 12/2026) von Ambrosetti, 12.9.2025. - Braungelb, milchig trüb, unappetitliche fette Hefeklumpen, übermäßiger aber kurzlebiger Schaum: ein unschöner Anblick. - In der Nase mächtige, gedämpft exotische zitrusfruchtige Hopfung, Pampelmuse, etwas Mango, Tabak, Anklänge an Rauch, leise Säure. - Antrunk massiv malzig mit toastigen Zügen und mit wuchtiger aber aromatisch schmalspuriger zitrusfruchtiger Hopfenbittere, in der leise Säure mitschwingt. Leise rauchige (oder angekokelte) Noten; keine Restsüße. Etwas zu stark rezent. Im Abgang wuchtige Hopfenbittere, begleitet von plumper Malzbittere und herb-säuerlichen Zügen. - Plumpes, krass bitteres, dazu unansehnliches Bier, das viel will aber wenig kann und schon lange vor Erreichen des MHD angekränkelt ist. Verzichtbar.

330 ml bottle. Unclear amber orange with a big fluffy head. Resin, maple syrup, pine, cough syrup, caramel, white pepper. Hoppy bitterness, caramel sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, hoppy bitter finish. It’s an alright Double IPA, quite bitter.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with huge, frothy, rapidly diminishing, partially resettling, minimally lacing, off-white to pale beige head. Dank, resinous, fruity, slightly leafy, hoppy aroma, minimally grainy, malty background, hints of apple, baked apple, some orange peel, whiffs of smoke. Taste is bitter, dank, citrusy fruity and leafy hoppy, caramel malty basis, hints of lemon, orange, lemon peel, orange peel, resin, papery hints of oxidation, a warming touch of alcohol; slightly more alcoholic bitterness in the finish. Watery texture, dry palate, medium to coarse, lively carbonation. Not overly flavourful, quite overcarbonated, hints of oxidation as well - flawed, not that impressive.

Herber, mild hopfiger Beginn. Dunkles Getreide mit leichten Röstnoten, ansteigende Herbe, wenig alkoholisch. Süffig, milde Rauchnoten, etwas trocken werden. Rund, langer Nachhall. 8/9/9/9/8/9

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of strong caramelized malt, resinous hops, orange fruits. Taste of sharp grainy malt, resins, ripe fruits, caramel. Long bitter finish.

Short 0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Cloudy fat red golden in the glass, two finger foamy white head. Looks really good. Floral hoppy smell, some peach. Strong hoppy start, starts fruity, increasing dry malt bitterness. Honey and marcipan, resin. Surprisingly smooth on the other hand. Warming. Really nice one.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark orange, small head. Intense hoppy spicy aroma. Starts intense hoppy, some notes of sweets, some cookies. Well balanced finish. Spicy, hoppy, flowery. Mild sweetness. Interesting!
