Strawberry, orange, biscuit malt, and lime peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with giant white head. Moderately sweet berry, orange, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter citrus peel flavor. Good body.

Cans sent by Shiner for comment. It pours a big puffy head of white foam over a promised hazy body. A bit of orange centered in some yellow beer. The nose kind of has a bit of tropical fruit to it, though I think more of a whiff of sea air on a clear day at the beach. My first thought of the taste is that it's clean, but that's not much of a descriptor. The mouthfeel is a little thick, like apricot juice. There is the expected resin from a hazy IPA hop, but bitterness is just there in the background. It's actually the flavor, a bit of juiciness and the smoothness from the malt that make this one work out.

12 ounce can from Niemuth’s, 9/30/22. Hazy orange, large beige head, average retention. Aroma of agave, melon. Taste is cactus, agave, mango, earth. Juicy, moderate bitterness. Solid.

Date on can is 8 August 22. The aromas are oxidized hops and malt. Flavors are much better. Bittersweet, mango hops and malt. Good body and carbonation. Bittersweet finish. Maybe the best Shiner I've ever had.

Sampled from the tap at Navigator Taproom. Pours a near clear gold with a hint of orange and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has light earthy citrus and some rind with a bit of grapefruit and earthy grains backing. Flavor has grapefruit and citrus rind with a bit of earthy grain and a hint of orange.
