Tap @ EBF 2008. Flowery aroma with oak and grapes. Tropical fruit, oak and plums in the flavor. Slightly alcoholic.

Bottle at EBF 08. Clear gold, thin beige head. Lovely crystallised fruit aroma. Yes, it’s a tripel. Decent, hop and alcohol sting on end. Again a little fuller in mouth than some. It’s extremely competent and hoppier and fuller than most belgian tipels.

Had this at the European Beer Festival Kobenhaven 13-09-08 Smooth Tripel, alcohol quite warming yet never intrusive. This poured clear warm golden and with good clarity. Quite yeasty, spicy and very nice.

Bottled@EBF2008. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is fruity hops and some fruits and spices along with a mild sweetness of alcohol. Flavour is burnt sugar, some yeast and toffee. Mild notes of roasted malts too. A rather pleasant and balanced brew.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is mild spiced and light yeasty with a light lacot note. Medium sweet and classic spiced base flavour. Lingering sweet finish with a smooth yeasty and light spice note.

Clear golden with medium boff white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with ripe fruits and toasted malt. Sweet flavour with ripe fruits, yeast and caramel notes. Ends sweet with warming alcohol.

CPH Fest May 2007: Golden with a small white head. Banana and bubblegum dominates the aroma. Rather sweet flavour with a bit of hops.

Unclear yellow with off white head. Yeast/citrus/spices. Sweet sticky fruity citrus.malty. Hop appears.Nice palte... Enjoyable!
