Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Dim orange body with small white head. Aroma is bread, grain and light spicy. Flavor is sweet malt, fruity and bitter with alcohol. Not to complex, surprisingly easy drinkable and very nice.

750 ml bottle @ EBF. Hazy/cloady orange body with a small but dense white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, gives me actually some association of chicken manure! Flavor is sweet malty, fruity, some yeast and alcohol. A bit unusually, but OK.

Bottled@EBF2008. Hazy yellowish orange colour with small head. Aroma is yeast, peas and some fruityness. Flavour is much the same, along with cooked vegetables. Aftertaste is cooked peas meeting yeast. A no-go for my taste.

Gushing to huge yellow head over faintly hazed orange beer, very well-carbonated. Very spicy nose, Saisonlike with wet mop-Bretts, citrussy, hint at ginger and garlic, extremely yeasty & fruity. Bittersweet liquorice in the taste, fruitsyrup, alcohol & fusels, yeast-laden. Warming up, quite aromatic hops appear. Very liqueurish, also in case of texture; slick-oily, well-bodied, alcoholwarming. Special. Has something of Dupont Moinette blonde, of American barley wine, and of homebrew. Many thanks to fonefan (and Ch!)
