Can. Pours faintly cloudy dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, faint malt aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter piney taste, thin body, long resinous finish. Typical American IPA.

Single can from Mariano's, Westmont. Big citrusy hop nose right under the tab. Pours a golden color with a slight haze, under a thick head. Taste has an upfront alcohol warmth, then followed by some citrus, and piney hop burn. Good call for a double-APA.

Sampled from the tap at the Naperville location. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good of grass and pine with a bit of light grains underlying. Flavor has lots of pine and grass and a bit of light grains backing.

Enjoyed at home, overall pretty good stuff. Very easy drinking, not too hoppy, good stuff.

12 ounce can from Appleton Liquor, 10/24/21. Clear amber, large off-white head, good retention. Aroma of floral, dank hops. Pale malt. Taste is melon, onion, dank. Juicy, mild bitterness. Nice.

When I first heard about this beer a few weeks maybe a month ago the remarks were fairly upbeat. But now as I'm trying it for the first time and reading the comments it's lost a little shine. It's decent enough but nothing special. Kind of a cross between a hazy and an old school West Coast.
