Pint can from Woodmans Appleton, 5.13.21. Murky orange large creamy white head good retention. Aroma of sweet malt, marzipan, vanilla. Taste is melon, dandelion, sweet malt, lactose. No mention of lactose or oats on the can anywhere. They're asking for a lawsuit. Overall overly sweet and artificial. Pass....

Kind of a weird beer. Both the aromas and flavors have this odd mix of fairly sweet yet fairly bitter. And aromas that are floral, hoppy, citrusy, tropical fruit, fruit punch, vanilla and spice. Not that great of finish. But they don't all go together that well. Not a bad beer but not one I'd really look forward to again.

On paper it sounds delicious, not so much in reality. Mild notes of grapefruit pith and vanilla, with a chalky undertone mixed with lots of lactose and hints of yeast and spent grain. Finishes with a lingering vanilla sweetness and lots of yeast. Odd pint.
