A nice and relatively light golden and peach coloured body with a small amount of haze noticeable and a super thin, single centimetre tall pure white head that fades very quickly. Aroma of wheat, grass, coriander seed, light yeast and perhaps a small amount of earthiness and strawberries, but no tart rhubarb notes at all. Light-bodied; Strong dry and earthy flavours dominate with almost a dirty profile, similar to a rustic bite or a pungent wheat quality along with some lighter sweetness and some fruit notes at the end that show tartness, like lemons, berries and the faint dose of rhubarb. Aftertaste is crisp, very clean and easy-drinking with a faint dose of complexity from the yeast and coriander seed that leaves the palate nice and crisp, but still showing good flavour. Overall, a nice and crisp, very light and still somewhat earthy beer that does have a lot of tart notes, but remains very easy-drinking, which is nice for a hot summer day that ends in a power outage! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 23-June-2019 for US$2,59 sampled at my house during a power outage here in Washington for Thunderstorms on 04-June-2020.

The Aromas are perfumy rhubarb, cereal and tart. Flavors are like nose, on the dry side, some floral and a slight medicinal finish.
