Refreshment and refinement never tasted so premium. Soft, malty aromas with ever-so-subtle hints of orchard fruit waft from its tightly-knit foam cap, but the finish is fast and clean. Dry, and always ultra deluxe, ask for Something Cold when only something cold will do.

Month old pint can
A: Clear turbulent gold body with a thick, lasting white head. Great retention and stringy lace.
S: Muted bread wood and herbs.
T: Tart fruity hops are joined by the wood and herbs. Not quite citrus, not quite cherry. Ends lightly bitter and tart.
M: Light and crisp with coating carbonation and kind of a wet finish.
O: Has more character than I expected. Worthwhile blonde for sure.

Well no one gets excited about a blonde ale, but you do get hopeful when a good brewery makes one. Nice golden color, slight chill hazy. Voluminous head but it doesn't last. Nose is light bready malt mainly, maybe a hint of perfume. Clean profile, bready and light grain. Not tasting many hop flavors, just as there isn't much there on the nose either, but there's definitely a solid wack of bitterness at the finish. Overall balanced but leaning slightly toward semi-dry. Well going by the name, its a good enough beer when you want something cold. Can from UCF Publix in Oviedo.

12 ounce can purchased as part of a delivery from Beers of America and drunk at home. Light to medium gold, clear with a thick white head. Metallic grainy smell, very lager-y. Maybe a touch of lime. Taste is bittersweet with a metallic bitterness in the long finish. Light to medium body, decent amount of carbonation. It isn’t a great beer, I suppose it’s crisp and refreshing enough.

Can. Gold in color with a three finger head. Aroma is mostly grains with a slight fruity whiff. Taste is well balanced, slightly sweet upfront, balanced in the middle with a slight bitter finish.

16oz can from HalfTime. Cloudy golden pour, persistent thin layer of white foam. Sweet grainy aroma, fruity. Taste is fruity, bready, biscuity, grassy. A small bitter bite appears at the very end, along with a touch of dryness. Pretty tasty. First beer from this brewery.
LCI DEI. Best blonde I’ve had since Monkish in October of 2022.

Can pour from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! It's a lightly hazy (fine particulate mist) pale yellow with light sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with decent retention and trace lacing. Aroma is bready, with Granny Smith apple and a champagne-esque yeast. Taste mirrors aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, aroma and taste are somewhat interesting. A bit too carbonated.

Can from ABC in Cape Coral. Lightly hazy medium gold in color with a decent sized fluffy white head. Bready crackery maltiness with bits of fruit and earth to counter, not bad.
