Made with good old-fashioned hop-bursting techniques and irresponsible dry-hopping technology, Edmund’s Oast’s house IPA Introducing, Something Cold. Ultra-Deluxe Premium Blonde Ale, crafted with the finest barley, hand-selected hops, and superlative water, is built for the fridge and destined for your hand.
Refreshment and refinement never tasted so premium. Soft, malty aromas with ever-so-subtle hints of orchard fruit waft from its tightly-knit foam cap, but the finish is fast and clean. Dry, and always ultra deluxe, ask for Something Cold when only something cold will do.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a slightly more dense white head than the House Ale. Aroma was light sweet malts, some very mild grassy hop character. Light citrus, grassy hops. Light bitter citrus notes. Easy to drink. Light creamy body.

Highly drinkable if a bit plain-jane, with a crisp, bright grassy backbone accented by cracker and citrus notes, all underlined by apple and grain. Slightly sweet and yeasty on the back end, with a clean finish laced with floral hops. Not normally my type of beer, but I seem to be plowing through this can tout de suite. Pours a light gold with an unending white cap and brilliant effervescence. Apples and grain on the nose. Not a classic, but pretty easy to crush.

Pours from can a clear golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a wispy film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mild grassy hops, fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a hop and citrus aftertaste. Decent overall.

16 oz can poured, sent iver by Jow. Thanks! Trying new beers from breweries I'm not familiar with is my absolute favorite part of the hobby. I owe you! A lighter, pale golden pour with a tint of lemonade haze. Far from an ordinary golden ale. Also far from most brews that boast the Premium word in it's substyle. Aroma is some pils like grains, but a cream like reminder to pair. Thicker body, has a hop quality to it, but no bite, as this is creamy and drinks really smooth. Oats here? Dared to be sweet in the finish. Bonus points for being an especially good offering in an otherwise semi avoided style for me. Really refreshing brew here overall.

Can at home probably unnecessary. Fine lighter gold with cloudy tones smaller soapy head. Nose is light but pleasant grass and citrus. Tastes of lemon, fresh wheat, grassy, green tea. Fresh palate. Nice crusher.
