Picked this up from Bayerisches Bierspezialitäten Pararadies Bienenfleiß, consumed at home Attenkirchen, Monday 18th November 2019 whilst listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session, we had Celery Soup for tea tonight and very nice it was too. Pours clear gold with a white head, good clarity, good beer. Not unlike the previous Zoigl this has a slight rustic slant, there is a little bit of some undetermined ice cream also. Malt, some residual sweetness, a very light bite, a touch yeasty. Good.

Bottle. Cloudy copper, golden cream. Dry yeast, orangepeel, light spice aroma. Medium full chewy body, mellow mouthfeel. Juicy maltiness, fresh grains, nice broad hop profile. Moreish.

Bottle. Light orange color. Mandarin in the aroma. Flowery hopbitter flavor with pineapple and a hint of licorice. Malty sweetish, quite tasty beer.

Draft at Max’s Taphouse. This looks to be the first US draft rating. Clear gold color with shooting bubbles and a decent head retention. Aroma of fresh cut hay, light herbal hops, and little sweet white biscuit. Mouthfeel is a little sticky and thicker than anticipated. Flavor has s thick white biscuit aspect at first but th en a mineralness cuts through it and it finishes not sweet and clean. Pretty fun beer.

Flasche von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Orangegelb, trüb. - Geruch malzsüß mit Karamel und schwacher Fruchtnote. - Antrunk mild hefig und schön karamelsüß mit deutlicher Bierwürzenote. Dahinter angenehm fruchtiger Hopfen: etwas Zitrone, Orangenschale. Mild rezent, vollmundig; angenehm mineralische Note. Im Abgang grasiger bis krautiger, gut bitterer Hopfen. Im Nachtrunk bleibt leider nur eine dumpfe Bittere. - Schönes Kellerbier, das karamelmalzige Süße und zitrusfruchtige Hopfenbittere geschickt kombiniert, aber im Nachtrunk leider stark abfällt.

Neuverkostung: 7.6.2015. - Orangegelb, schwach trüb; kurzlebiger Schaum. - Geruch malzsüß mit Karamel und hefig-verwaschener Fruchtnote. - Antrunk mild hefig und gut karamelsüß mit deutlicher Bierwürzenote. Dahinter fruchtiger Hopfen: etwas Zitrone, Apfelschale. Durchschnittlich rezent, etwas dünn im Mund. Im Abgang etwas schroffer, krautiger, wenig aromatischer Hopfen. Im Nachtrunk nur dumpfe Bittere. - Noch so ein billig gehopftes Zoigl-Imitat, das nicht entfernt an einen guten Kommunbrauer-Zoigl heranreicht.

Dunkel goldenes trübes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig getreidig, würzig. Geschmack malzig, getreidig, minimal säuerlich.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks! Nice looking label artwork. Dark golden and unclear in the glass, mighty white foamy head. A lot of CO2 pearls. Malt, citrus and caramell on the nose. Starts unexpected hop herb, nearly bitter and malty. Citrus hints in the background. Filling aftertaste with mash and dry grainy with long lasting mid bitterness. Unusual and interesting.

Dobry lecz spodziewałem się lepszego smakowo piwa kellerbier. Mała piana, trochę osadu w butelce ale jakoś to wszystko mało mętne. Może mam za dóże wymagania ale sądzę że przydało by się ciut więcej. Piwo ładnie natomiast buzuje w kuflu. Jest słodowe. Nut goryczkowych się nie doszukałem

Amber colour a bit hazy beer with big lacy off white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma. Simliar flavour. A nice beer

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
