16 ounce can from Wine Cellar dePere, 8/4/19. Murky pink purple, thin fizzy head, poor retention. Aroma of jammy berries, mild funk. Some hay, earth, caramel. Taste is blackberry, raspberry, a bit of lemon. Medium bodied, low carb, juicy and jammy, very mild tartness. I continue to dislike the Roselle variants. I guess I just don't get it.

The Aromas are floral, berries and a little tart. Flavors are similar to nose, fairly dry despite the fruitiness, good carbonation body and finish. Not overly tart and fairly drinkable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near deep red with a purple hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of blackberry and blueberry with a touch of raspberry supporting. Flavor has raspberry and blueberry up front with some blackberry backing.

This is an excellent fruit sour. There are berry and fruit flavors. The yeast is light and the beer is not very sour yet but may get there with time. This is one of Fair State's best beers to date.
