Can. A- Celery, light. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Celery, celery seed, tart. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Definitely full of celery, more so celery seed. The is really unique but it works and I enjoyed it. The aroma is light but the flavor is a bit stronger.

Hm, interesting. My first celery beer. Aromas are mainly skunk / burnt rubber upfront front with a hint of tart celery and back. Flavours are similar to nose with just the right amount of salt and carbonation to complement one another. The skunk disappears for the most part kind of Blends into the background. Not a bad beer. The more I drank it the I liked it.

Can 1 pint. Pours a hazy, grayish yellow with a white head. Lactic, tart aroma. Thin and watery body, somewhat berry-like - but cellery? I don't think so. It's odd indeed, but I don't exactly pick up cellery notes. 050618
