From a can. Pours a clear copper with a quickly receding tan head. Grassy aroma. Flavors are moderately bitter citrus and sweet caramel.

Drinking at a temperature a little colder than I would normally prefer. I'm not getting the juiciness of the Mosaic that I expected, it seems a little more resinous. It's a good IIPA but nothing I'd go out of my way for.

16 ounce Growler from Liquor Shed.
Pours a brilliantly clear copper with plenty of long lasting foam.
Grapefruit, tropical as all heck, pineapple, mango, some onion, caramel malt in the background.
The taste is all inclusive of the smell except the sweet malt comes out more, especially when I swish the beer in my mouth, which helps me get the nuances out of a beer. Bitter sweet overall and I do get some boozy notes here and there.
Great mouthfeel.
$6 for the pint and well worth it.
