I’d buy this beer for the name on its own. Pint can bought at the closest we have to a beer shop locally, the label indicates an abv of 8.2%. Lift into my Cowtown snifter to determine a semi-transparent amber-gold body completed with a bare skim of solidly white foam. A decent scent containing hops, tropical and grain. The drink is curiously all right, I will say that. Oranges to a degree, grapefruit, papaya, varnish, pine and dry crackers. New England crashes into West Coast. The taste mostly keeps up with the name

US Pint can, drank all by myself on 27th February 2022. Poured into a Temecula Football Club glass sleeve at my daughters in Laguna Hills. Dull orange body, hazy; the head was white, it soon turned into a speckled wispy covering. Citrussy fruitiness in the nose and taste, pineapples, oranges and grapefruits being the main players for me.

Can from Blackhaddock, thanks: pours bot really hazy with a white head. Aroma is grapefruity, slight tropical notes, malt. Taste is citrusy, sort of bready. This is not a full on NEIPA, but kind of a hybrid.

Can. Amber beer with a cream head. Light tropical fruit aroma. Light tropical fruit and grapefruit flavor with light malt backing. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. tropical fruit and grapefruit linger with light caramel backing.
