Fortune Tamer (Tammer) is a balkan-Baltic porter brewed with 100 KG of Bulgarian figs matured on Bourbon Gold vanilla beans with our Polish friends from Browar Pinta. The beer starts with a big fig honey nut punch, with dark chocolate and fruits then with a big creamy vanilla finish.

Barwa piany ciemno bezowa, wielkie pecherze, ktore szybko pekaja i przez to opada szybko niczym upada wiele przedsiebiorstw, gospodarka, orlen, sluzba zdrowia i wiele innych pod tymi rzadami. Barwa piwa ciemna, niczym interesy Palikota i wielu innych politykow. Smak juz zdecydowanie lepszy niz wyglad, slodko piernikowo-marcepanowy profilek, czekolada, kawa z mlekiem, wanilia figi i daktyle. Serwowane do sera pod nazwa Hipokryta. doskonale pasuje do piwa i do wspomnianej polityki.

Pours pitch black with no head (but I can see bubbles). Aroma's of vanilla, molasses, red fruit. Retronasal it's sweet and there's lots of vanilla, and candies. Flavour is above moderate sweet with light roast. Medium bodied. Long finish, roast getting a bit more pronounced, light moderate bitter.

Can. Med-full body, low carbonation, could use at least some bubbles. Rich chocolatey maltiness, subtle vanilla. Figs incorporated well, pleasant dried fruit flavour. Med-light warmth, rounded, nice. Overall very good.

Can shared in Canary Wharf - picked up in Sofia. Pours deep brown with a frothy, beige head. Medium sweet flavour, bit bitter, ashy, oily and dry, earthy. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Bitter and lightly warming finish. Not bad.

6th Floor bottleshare with the usual suspects. Can. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth dark malts, dark chocolate and a little tangy dark chocolate Malteasers. Tangy savoury finish. Bit clunky!

Can. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of malt and coffee, with touches of yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of coffee, lactose, and caramel malt, as well as estery touches. Bitter, roasty aftertaste with malty and estery notes.
