Piwo powstało we współpracy z browarem 3Sons. Czego możecie się po nim spodziewać? Na pewno wysokiego ekstraktu, bo aż 35 Plato! Ale także całej gamy słodów specjalnych: czekoladowych, palonych i karmelowych. Podczas procesu warzenia dodaliśmy ziaren kakaowca oraz laktozy, aby bardziej podkręcić deserowe smaki. Po fermentacji piwo trafiło do beczek po Bourbonie na okres 18 miesięcy! Następnie po leżakowaniu infuzowaliśmy je fasolą tonka, prażonymi orzechami pecan i ziarnami kakaowca.

Butelka 33cl (BB 05.06.2024). Czekolada z nutą tonki, w tle szlachetny alkohol i nutki beczki. W smaku słodycz przełamuje alkohol, który mimo iż bardzo dobrze ukryty, porządnie rozgrzewa. Piwo gładkie, ułożone, smaczne choć na dłuższą metę ciut męczące ale wyleżakowane u kolegi, dzięki Łukasz.

Bottle. A dark brown beer with a small dark beige head. Delicious aroma with tonka, bourbon and roasted malts, brown sugar and toffee and a spiced hint. It's full bodied and warming, very softly carbonated, sweet, with roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate, tonka bourbon, oak and some vanilla. Alcohol. Lasting finish. Delicious. 240730

330mL bottle, pours jet black with a tiny brown head. Aroma is loaded with intense chocolate, tonka beans, toasted pecans, dark sugars, and some bourbon barrels. Flavour is quite complex, with intense tonka beans, chocolate, toasted pecans, sugars, and big bourbon barrels. Rich, rounded, with the adjuncts all working harmoniously, and the barrels rounding this out. Quite a lot of residual sugars on the finish but far from cloying. Excellent.

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, caramel, nutty, vanilla, tonka, taste is similar, chewy, tonka spice.

Pours black, no real head. Scent is full, bourbon, chocolate, damp malts, mild tonka. Taste is full, sweet, roasty, thick, chocolate, fine frainyness, milder bourbon. Absolutely lovely !

Smell of pecan, roasted malt, mudcake. Black colour, brown head. Aroma of molasses, roasted malt, mudcake, pepper, pecan. Overwhelmingly sweet. Thick texture.

Keg @ Zinc, Vaasa. Poured pitch black in color. Hazelnutty aroma, vanilla, chocolate and roasted notes. Full bodied, creamy with gentle bourbon kick.

Draught@Zinc, Vaasa. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is nutty, liquorice, chocolate and some alcohol. Flavour is chocolate, lactose, syrup, nutty, some liquorice and mild almonds and mud cake. Brutal, but still very drinkable. Thick and creamy palate.

Tap at Zinc. Opaque colour and no head. Gingerbread and bourbon in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweet, gingerbread, bourbon, coconut, coffee, alcohol. Cake beer.

Tap @ Røør, Oslo. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coconut, chocolate and bourbon. Flavor is extremely sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 110223
