300ml draught, shared with Finn at Oliver Twist. In friendly company with Adam and Steve. Spotty lacing from a patch beige head, almost black in the glass. Roasted aromas of mid-sweet chocolate malts. Impacts of dark caramel and chocolate malts to the taste character. Mid-sweet and mid-dry, carefully roasted finish. A bit thin on the swallow. Decent. 0,15l from tap at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Almost black color, medium big tan head. Smells roasty, earthy, coffee, light ash, toffee. Very nice smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes ash, some soy sauce, bitter chocolate, vanilla, hazelnuts, tobacco, coffee. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium roasty bitter with notes of tobacco, coffee and nutty notes. Lovely balance, very good and smooth to drink, great complexity

Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolaty, some vanilla, mild wooden tones with some bitterness and a bit roasted tones. Flavour is quite similar. Smoothly creamy palate.

Can 33 cl. Pours an almost opaque black with only a faint, orange hue and a creamy, beige hue. Cocoa and chocolate aroma with a hint of vanilla. Light body, sweet and quite roasty with more chocolate accents. Subdued bitterness. 030725

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 10 Nov 2022) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, chocolate, coffee and hints of smoke. Malty, roasted taste with notes of black bread, chocolate, coffee and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and highly drinkable stout. Nice one.

Draft sample @ Fjäderholmarnas Bryggeri. Bière brassée pour Akkurat.
Brune foncée oscillant vers le noir, col fin blanc-cassé tenace.
Bière sur une inspiration bien anglaise, très légère avec un malté plaisant partant sur des notes de grillé et torréfié, effet un peu chocolat au lait avec une fine amertume venant des houblons (entre terreux et herbacé) et plutôt anglaise en fin de bouche. Assez sèche mais avec un grillé juste parfait.
